Solution:

To obtain the compliance certificate, specific steps must be completed, including testing invoices across all six required categories. Select the appropriate invoice format and click the Check Compliance button to validate the invoice with ZATCA.

If an error appears stating that certain categories are missing, such as standard-credit-note-compliant, standard-debit-note-compliant, simplified-credit-note-compliant, and simplified-debit-note-compliant, it indicates that compliance validation for these categories has not yet been completed.

Once all these categories are successfully validated, you can proceed with the formation of the production CSID and continue operations in compliance with ZATCA regulations.
